I set up Fullbrook Solutions Ltd at the beginning of 2019 after spending over 34 years working in the public and private sector. I chose the name Fullbrook as it was the name of my Grandfathers farm, he was a ‘hero’ of mine and therefore the name was an easy choice as it really resonated with me via happy memories and strong family roots and values. I wanted to create a solutions-based business that delivered services driven by customer requirements and demands, focussing on development, improvement and benefits. Through Fullbrook Solutions it is really important for me ‘to give something back’ and I am passionate about supporting, developing and improving individuals and organisations through my service range based on my extensive experience, knowledge, skill set and qualifications. Fullbrook Solutions has been operational for just under twelve months and is currently supporting clients in coaching & mentoring, business process improvement and strategic advice & guidance in both the public and private sector.
